What is the Basic Management Service?
There are two Basic Management Services. Computer and Network Basic and Website Basic.
We can also provide a Custom Quote for a Management and Support package
for different configurations.

What is the subscription rate?
This is the hourly rate subscribers pay for additional services.
The subscription rate is $ 35.00/hr with a 2hr/minimum.
There is no charge for phone help.

What is the Non-subscription rate?
The Non-subscription rate is $ 50.00/hr with a 2hr/minimum.
There is no phone help for non-subscription service.

How do I sign up for the Computer & Network Basic Management Service?
As with any service plan, a "physical" is required of your hardware.
Call or E-Mail to set up a Physical appointment.

What is the cost for the "Physical"?
The first 2 hours of this service are free with paid subscription.
Been running updates regular? Antivirus running and updated?
Any hardware "health" issues needing addressing?
Firewall doing its job?
Is Security adequate or needing a tweak?
Is Browser protected?
If there are no major issues, this process will rarely run over 2 hours.
Additional "physical" time is billed @ the subscription rate of $ 35.00/hour no minimum.

What does my Computer & Network Basic Management Services cover?
A Computer-Workstation-Server and associated routers and switches (including wireless).
A inventory and certification process is required before the subscription rate ($ 35.00/hr)
can be applied.
Phone calls are free.
If it appears a site visit is required, The subscription rate is $ 35.00/hr - 2hr/min.

Are all my computers covered with my one Computer & Network Basic Management Services?
No. Each additional Computer-Workstation-Server is covered @ 60% of first, up to 4 total.
Each computer gets 2 free hours of "Physical" with paid subscription.

How do I sign up for the Website Basic Management Service?
Call or E-mail with the needed information.
We will need to collect some information about your existing website to determine
management requirements. This is your website "physical".

Is Website Basic management covered under the same Primary Subscription as Computer & Network
Basic management?
No. Website Basic management is a separate management service.
The first year of website management is free with websites "Designed-Developed-Deployed"
by IT Management Services.

Are all my websites covered by my one Website Basic Management Subscription?
Not usually. Each website is covered under its own Management Subscription. Sub-domains are the exception.
